He highlights the positive aspects of the player, so that there is a slow but steady increase in self-esteem and dependence.

The very important part of any apprenticeship is to bring learning into the ball game. This learning should later get metamorphosed into power, momentum and strength. If the very spark of self-improvement and analysis permeates the decision-making capacity of the player, there is absolutely no termination to his success, no matter how thorny the roads are and how troublesome the procedure is. Then, the very taste of success makes the difference. Moreover there is also the consecutive effect of it in other arenas of life, like communication skills, problem solving and aptitude. Eventually it also confers the player, the insight into his capabilities, limitations and energy.

By the way, during the process of coaching the very knowledge is hammered into the minds of the players that make him believe that there is so such noun as “limitation” If one gives just one more try, the impossible can be achieved. Its not that last strike that breaks the stone but the collaborative attempt of the earlier ones. Moreover, its popularly said that success is often found at the last place where one just stopped looking for. Just a bit of pushing and elbowing, just a more of temperament and handling, relishes the reality! A man of substance comes into the scenario that cannot be defeated.
